Riverside apartment is a stunning one bedroom apartment beautifully located in private grounds overlooking the River Neb.

Furnished to a very high standard, the apartment is at first floor level, and comprises one double bedroom (with 5’ bed), a bath/shower room, kitchen and spacious lounge/dining room with picture window overlooking the landscaped gardens of Lower Ballig.

Sky Plus is installed in the lounge which offers movies and sport. (Please note: there will be an additional charge for any movies/sport booked through Box Office). Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly. A washing machine/dryer is situated in the garage below. A food package can be ordered in advance of your arrival subject to an additional cost. Please note we have a no smoking, no pets and no children policy.

The apartment is situated in the middle of the Island, a few minutes walk from the speciality Tynwald Mills shopping centre. The village of St. Johns is also a short walk away and includes Tynwald Hill, the adjoining arboretum, and a number of beautiful walks and gardens. There is also a general store/post office, two public houses and a restaurant. St. Johns is the ideal base from which to explore the Island.
